Process

We have streamlined the process to make it as quick and easy as possible. While several steps are involved, it can all happen in a matter of hours and you can be getting the customized training you need as early as tomorrow. Of course, we'll schedule your training when it works best for you and your schedule.

  • Fill out the Getting Started form.
  • From there we will contact you and make sure we are a good fit and answer any questions that you might have. We will also interview you so that we understand your training needs and develop a solution to fit.
  • We will then email you your custom training proposal and payment options.
  • After that, we will help you get set up with NetMeeting (if needed) in advance of your training. See more about NetMeeting in our resources section.
  • Remote training will then happen.
